Quilters meet every first and third Monday at 12:45 pm, in rooms 205, 210, 211. Anyone that can tie a knot is welcome. In September, 20 quilts were given to Global Health Ministries, six were given to Elk River's fire relief. The Camp Onamia quilt auction was held at Central in September; the vent raised $15,000 for camp scholarships, projects, and general camp operations. the five quilts donated to the auction from Central Quilters sold for $730. Thank you to all who help with the quilt mission projects! Central quilters meet the first and third Monday each month to tie mission quilts. |
The Wednesday FAITH LESSONS will resume on January 11. We will again meet in the sanctuary from 11:15 a.m. until 12:15 p.m., and then have lunch together in the fellowship hall. We will continue with the Ray Vander Laan film series “That the World May Know.” Sessions will be led by Pastor Stier.
