For over 25 years Cindy worked her way through the ranks of Corporate America, holding various leadership and management positions in various departments. Ultimately she was offered a position that changed her future forever. Cindy trained with a team of consultants for two years learning process improvement initiatives such as team building, meeting facilitation, problem solving, goal setting, setting expectations, measuring & reporting goals – all of which are vital to the success of any business. And all of which were very transferable as Cindy launched Courageous Conversations, becoming a motivational coach, mentor and speaker. Cindy helps others to see themselves from a different perspective, rid themselves of limiting behaviors and feel comfortable taking calculated risks to move forward in creating a new direction in their life.

Join us for lunch as Cindy tells more of her story and how she is able to effectively Inspire, Motivate and Empower others.
