 David Nasser in "A Call to Grace" says, "If God has been calling you to a life of mission work, surrender today to live and minister among the poorest of the poor is to share the same address as Jesus." How powerful is that statement? As we enter the neighborhoods and visit with the families in Mexico, our call to stay is great.
This year our goal was to raise enough money to purchase another Mobile Kitchen for the Vineyard to use for feedings in the neighborhoods that do not have kitchen facilities. With the help and kindness of all of you we were able to purchase the mobile kitchen.  Our mission for our 2008 trip is to purchase enough bricks to build bathrooms for the church in Madero.
We are sending teams twice each year in January and October. If you have an interest in going with us, please notify the church office at (763) 441-2363. We invite you to support our ministry by: - Making a donation for the building of a new mobile kitchen.
- Filling a shoe bag in November to be delivered to a child in January.
- Supporting us in the various fund raisers we do during the year.
- Most importantly, offering your prayers for the families in Mexico and our team members.
Activities of the mission group:
Four days of going into areas and bringing a hot meal and fresh clean water to men, women and children Cost is approximately $4,000 ($1,000 per day). Provide mothers with food at each of the stops:
Bag of flour Bag of rice
Container of oil Can of tomato sauce
Carton of milk Container of noodles
Bar of soap Cost about $2,500 (500 bags are given out)  Two days of distributing tennis shoes and gift bags to:
Church kids in the town of Madero, a special needs school Support to Pastor Dave in the town of Madero:
Cost about $800 (support, Bibles and study books) Special Projects:  2007 we gave $5,000 for a mobile kitchen
2008 give $???? For bricks for a bathroom at the church
