Prayer Shawl Can you touch a prayer? Can you pull it close and feel its comfort? You can if it comes as a gift in the form of a Prayer Shawl. Prayer Shawls are simple gifts of grace from God that are prayerfully and lovingly stitched by our members as a reminder that God's promise is always with us. A prayer shawl is an embrace…it is a hug…it’s tangible. The purpose of the Prayer Shawl Ministry is to prayerfully create shawls that will provide not only physical warmth, but also emotional and spiritual comfort. They are provided as a loving gift to those who are going through hard times.

Baptism Prayer Shawls are also given at every baptism. This is a perfect ministry for compassionate people who can knit or crochet. How can I help? Consider making a donation so we can purchase materials for Baptism Prayer Shawl kits ($20). Knit or crochet a prayer shawl at home using your own materials and supplies.
