Linking Faith to Life - Parent/Child Classes
We have developed learning opportunities for children to grow their faith in God alongside their parents. There is a class or event for specific years of a child’s life. Check out all the opportunities.

For each of these Faith Links, you and your child will receive communication with more information prior to the learning times. If your information is not in our data base, or has changed, please contact us so we can assure that you will be informed.

Second Graders—Ten Commandments
The activities of this class lead kids and parents to explore the 10 Commandments and the Armor of God.

Third Graders—New Bibles
This class is an overview of the ENTIRE Bible. Following the class, children receive their Bibles from their parents at a special presentation during Worship service followed by a great family meal and celebration.

Fourth Graders—Stewardship
Saturdays March 10 and 24 from 9:00-11:00 am. Parent and Child class. Let’s take this opportunity to help our children understand how God has asked us to be a good caretaker of all that He has given us—including our emotions, relationships, bodies, time, material stuff and the world.  Register with Kirsten Gill by March 5.

Fifth Graders—First Communion
Instructional classes were held in February  If you missed them and would like to have your child experience their First Communion this year, please contact Sonja Dixon to set up an appointment. Families, remember to get your child’s paperwork in by March 22.  We will be celebrating with our fifth graders on April 5 and 22.

The Lord’s Prayer
First graders and their parent/s are invited to join us on Saturday, November 19 from 9-11 am as we journey through the Lord’s Prayer.  Please contact Kirsten Gill to register if you have not already.  

Jesus’ Birthday Party
Two year olds and their parent/s are invited to join us on Thursday, December 1 from 6:30-7:30 pm.  Children will receive a homemade “Baby Jesus”, sing songs, learn finger plays, and take home ideas to make Jesus the center of your family this Christmas season.  Please contact Kirsten Gill to sign up for this special event.
