Confirmation

We value the Confirmation process here at Central as it allows our young people to confirm that they desire to follow Jesus and learn to live in His ways, reorienting their lives around Him. Confirmation is the continuation (or the beginning for some) of an ongoing journey, one that will hopefully last a lifetime. Once students are confirmed, the journey does not end

Our desire here at Central is to teach students what it means to follow Jesus by exploring the ways of Jesus, how to live in them and how we can reorient our lives around them. We do this by focusing on 3 things:     

1. Relational Connecting and Outreach
2. Nurturing and Discipleship
3. Equipping and Mentoring.

Students will be assigned to a Journey Group and attend Echo: Student Worship on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00pm. Students confirmed at various times throughout each year after they take part in an application process and when their journey group leader and their parents feel they are ready.

Our expectation is that those whom we Confirm will continue their journey with us, as we strive toward becoming a community which lives in the ways of Jesus, and makes Jesus known.
