Discerning God's Design for Central

Central,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

As we begin 2012 I wonder what Central will look like in 2042.  What will be the DNA of Central 30 years from now?  What will Central be known for a generation from now?  Will you join me this Friday at 6:00pm for an excellent dinner, good table conversation and a prophetic message to consider these types of questions?

On Friday, January 6, 2012 at 6:00pm it will be our distinct privilege to have Dr. Gemechis Buba be with us to share a vision of the future that is unfolding in front of all those who are part of Christ’s body.  At the LCMC gathering in Des Moines Dr. Buba shared a powerful and prophetic message, ‘Start in Jerusalem.’  I have asked him to share this message with the body of Central and he graciously has accepted the invitation.  Originally he was going to speak in San Diego for the weekend of Jan 6-8 but he was able to change that to a later date so he could be with us.  I told him the weather is a lot nicer in Elk River in January than San Diego!  Most of you have heard Dr. Buba from his previous visits and will want to invite as many persons as possible to join us for this remarkable opportunity as we ‘kick forward’ and move into a new DNA at Central.

Please call the Church Office or respond to this email no later than Tuesday at noon with your reservations for the Epiphany Dinner with Dr. Buba!
